We want you to love your LAVISH purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@golavish.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items not in original condition or packaging
• Sale or clearance items

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

International Orders We ship to 28 countries. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
